LoveWritten began with a simple, tender question: what if a letter could wait for the right moment? The platform lets people write letters to the ones they love and schedule them for birthdays, anniversaries, or a random Tuesday years from now.
Overview
A digital product that brings the slowness and intention of letter-writing to a world of instant messages. Every detail, from the writing canvas to the delivery email, was designed to feel like opening an envelope.
The Challenge
Most digital communication is instant and disposable. The challenge was to design an experience that felt personal, private and worth waiting for, while remaining simple enough for anyone to use in minutes.
The Idea
Treat every letter like an heirloom. A quiet writing space, a considered scheduling flow, and a delivery moment that feels like a gift rather than a notification.
My Process
Research into how people mark meaningful dates.
Journey mapping from the first word to the moment of opening.
Iterative prototyping of the writing canvas and scheduling flow, tested with early users.
What I Created
Brand identity, product strategy, UX flows, high-fidelity interface design, the delivery email system and a launch landing page.
